Preparation Methods:

Ataya with Zamreen

• Add a full ataya glass (20g) of Zamreen to a kettle.
• Add 4 ½ ataya glasses (400ml) of water.
• Boil twice for a few minutes each time, letting it cool in between.
• Add mint leaves and desired sweetener.
• Pour between glasses and kettle to create froth.
• Enjoy the smooth aroma and serve.
• Can brew two additional rounds with the same leaves.

Standard Green Tea with Zamreen

• Heat water to ~175°F (80°C).
• Add 1 tsp Zamreen per cup.
• Steep 2–3 minutes for a light, fresh taste.
• Enjoy plain or with honey.
